Hey we try to keep up our promise to update the blog often!! Here just to show most common creatures found in the dive sites of Mabul and Kapalai Islands. These above are easy target for camera shooting.................don you think so??

Siamil coral reefs!!

Siamil Island has it own unique coral reefs. Lots of Hard corals easy to found on shallow here even Soft corals too!! Recently has Crown of Thorns outbreak and we with WWF has clean its all up!! Another treat we recently cover was the dive boat anchor with weight. We here call for all diver and snorkeler if saw please help to tell or stop any dive operators crew else where in the World no to drop anchor on beautiful coral reefs. We also need everyone help if saw any other fins kick on reefs please act underwater or surface to immediate caution not to finished the in water activity then report to Guide. If has camera or video please take or record for evidence. We highly support to teach FOC on Peak Bouyancy Control to these divers!! With your help above will save and protect the Coral reefs!! We thank you from bottom of our heart if you have act it!!

Please forgive us for very delay!!

We sorry for very delay to update the paradise log!! We were fine and safety but we been quite busy lately!! Plus now World economy was bad too!! Now getting dive to Sipadan was much difficulty! In a day only allowed 120 persons that share by 12 dive operators. We have to follow the actual amount of diver given on permit to entry Sipadan for 3 dives now. Anyway we have to run the dive tourism business and feed our needs. We trying hard to more promote and research of micro and other marine stuffs else where here. So the other rest like snorkelers and divers that can't go to Sipadan can enjoy snorkel or dive at Mabul, Kapalai or Siamil Island. We now more promote to Siamil and Danawan island. These island still heavy on illegal fish bombing and if we have every day trip over there will stop of this unhealthy fishing activity. Mabul and Kapalai long before no resort facility was heavy on fish bomb. After we set up primary water village resort and fish bombing stopped. We bring hope and courage to fisherman on village where before they are the Reef keeper of God's well!! Look now Mabul and Kapalai after more than 10 years the marine life back life again. To save the Environments on this blue planet we must keep on the Tourism Business. We are before too much focus on Sipadan and left behind other islands. We here believe each island has it own beauty. We really hope that tourists here to enjoy our friendly peoples hospitality and so so eco-system facility not because of Sipadan. As for Sipadan we hope one day the Government will open their eyes to amend better policy for 12 dive operators business needs. Let's cross our fingers for this day to come but now we have to work hard and done better for peoples living here.........Let us pray!!

Thanks for a great Mabul Marine Week

This year's event was a great success! Everyone involved should feel proud. 'Thank you' to all the guests for participating in our activities, to our invited speakers (especially Richard) and of course the SWV Dive Team. Our MMW Chairman 'Bobby' has made a huge effort and we hope to re-elect him for next year. 

Coral Planting

This year we had many corals to transplant. The MMW program was held twice! Our Divemasters have worked very hard this year. They will continue their efforts by monitoring every transplanted coral as if it were their own. American Children and Kampung Kids!

This year for Mabul Marine Week we had many young divers and snorkelers from America. The School Children from Mabul Island invited the visitors to join their fun and educational activities. A great opportunity for the kids to learn about each others cultures and most importantly have a good time.
